Many people play games in order to stay fit. There are lot of games that can be played by any normal person. A regular participation in light outdoor games like can make your day more energetic and more lively.
As for me, I love playing basketball a lot. I play it every evening with my friends. I also go for morning walk regularly to keep my body in shape. Though I don't play other games much, I like watching them in TV and ESPN is one of my favorite TV Channel.
Anyway, that's about Sports for health. If you play regularly, your body muscle will remain firm and healthy and that will keep your overall health better than the average. Your immunity to many kind of diseases will be stronger and that will prevent any kind of disease to strike you. So, Play a lot and stay healthy.
